TestJapaneseTokenizer follows the exact same pattern and succeeds. I think you're in the right
ballpark since when I was tracing through the two, TestKoreanTokenizer failed with resourceloaders
not finding the text file, but exactly why there's a difference between the two is puzzling.
I'll be looking more later today with fresh eyes and look at this bit first. Thanks.
