For instance, searching for "J=C3=B8ller" should return the same results as "Joller" and vice versa. I am indexing using type=3D"text" and can see the indexed (via solr admin) value containing the =C3=B8 character and I whilst I can get results for "J=C3=B8ller", I get none for "Joller".
