Checked the sigs, etc. Tried it out in Solr. One minor thing that would be great going forward that we do in Solr: Have a section at the top of CHANGES.txt that explicitly calls = out exactly which versions of the "primary" libraries are in use and = maybe put an asterisk next to those that have changed.
