I think the problem is that we are building sector linear crossing edge iterators where maths
are actually asking for full linear.


Currently we are only creating full linear if for some reasons bounds bounds in sector linear
throw an error. Maybe we need to tighten checks for the bounds in sector linear so if they
are numerically (or functionally?) identical then we should fall back to full linear. WDYT?
