Subject [jira] [Closed] (SOLR-1937) add ability to set a facet.minpercentage (analog to facet.mincount)
Date Wed, 28 Jun 2017 22:49:00 GMT

Jan Høydahl closed SOLR-1937.
    Resolution: Won't Fix

Closing ancient issue which has not gained sufficient interest. If anyone still sees a real
need for this, feel free to re-open and drive it forward.

available yet), but I wonder if anyone else see's use in being able to define that a facet
must match a minimum percentage of all documents in the result set, rather than a hardcoded
value? The idea being that while I might not be interested in a facet that only covers 3 documents
in the result set if there are lets say 1000 documents in the result set, the situation would
be a lot different if I only have 10 documents in the result set.
