See the comment in IpTables.java: To use, tests must be able to run iptables, eg sudo chmod
u+s iptables

Initially, I've just committed the option so that I can run this on my fullmetaljenkins server
where I currently run ChaosMonkey tests - I've just added new jobs that set this sys prop
to true.
