Steve Rowe commented on LUCENE-4956:
------------------------------------

bq. Steve, will there be a vote after the code has been checked onto the branch?

Christian, before the VOTE on incubator-general can be called, the file header and licensing
issues need to be completely addressed and vetted by us, working with SooMyung to make sure
we get everything right.

bq. If you think the above is a good next step, I'm happy to start working on this either
later this week or next week.

+1. Thanks for working on this!

> Korean language has specific characteristic. When developing search service with lucene
& solr in korean, there are some problems in searching and indexing. The korean analyer
solved the problems with a korean morphological anlyzer. It consists of a korean morphological
analyzer, dictionaries, a korean tokenizer and a korean filter. The korean anlyzer is made
for lucene and solr. If you develop a search service with lucene in korean, It is the best
idea to choose the korean analyzer.
