True, and it could also be broken down into individual keys rather than one big "schema" blog...
such that an individual field is defined under a schema tree rather than a config "file" being
stored in XML format.

Kinda, yeah, but I'm just thinking out loud here and just making sure we don't over XML things
further.

Regarding documentation: perhaps a field could be documented with a "comment" or "description"
