That doesn't answe my question about mentioning SlowFuzzyQuery in the 
javadocs for FuzzyQuery -- if it's unscablae and you dont' want the 
*class* in lucene's core then fine, but for users who upgrade and used 
FuzzyQuery with a distance greater then  2 in the past, shouldn't we 
mention "You should go use SlowFuzzyQuery for your crazy unscalableness"

For that matter: shouldn't something about FuzzyQuery->SlowFuzzyQuery for 
d > 2 be in MIGRATE.txt?
