Can you check the execution stats from your system, Christian? We'll see how odd your system

  ant -Dtests.cachefile=/somewhere/outside/workspace/testtimes.log test

The "testtimes.log" will contain execution time for all suites, you could compare these to
the cached one (lucene/tools/junit4/cached-timehints.txt) in the checkout. Absolute values
will differ but the ordering and relative scale should remain pretty much the same. I think?
