Subject [jira] [Created] (LUCENE-4036) HaversineConstFunction ignores one of its two values, is this on purpose?
Date Mon, 07 May 2012 00:04:48 GMT
Benson Margulies created LUCENE-4036:
----------------------------------------

             Summary: HaversineConstFunction ignores one of its two values, is this on purpose?
                 Key: LUCENE-4036
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LUCENE-4036
             Project: Lucene - Java
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: core/other
    Affects Versions: 4.0
            Reporter: Benson Margulies

org.apache.solr.search.function.distance.HaversineConstFunction.parser.new ValueSourceParser()
{...}.parse(FunctionQParser)

has an unused variable warning for 'vs2', and uses vs1 to initialize mv2. Maybe vs2 should
just be deleted?
