Subject [jira] [Commented] (LUCENE-2510) migrate solr analysis factories to analyzers module
Date Mon, 07 May 2012 14:38:51 GMT

Chris Male commented on LUCENE-2510:

We're actually going to need this sooner rather than later, in order to continue to support
the {solr.*} suffix for analysis factories. Currently {{SolrResourceLoader}} just has a list
a directories it tries when presented with the suffix. When we move all the factories into
their directories, it won't be able to do that any more.

I'll experiment with this once I've committed my latest patch.

easily available to users that want them.

yet, so ideas are very welcome.
