I'm looking at the pom issue now.  Ideally the -over-* will be optional dependencies in solrj,
excluded from solr-core and included in the .war  (this lets the end user decide what logging
framework they actually use)

For the ant build path, any suggestions?  we can exclude it from core, and then add it back
to the .war file.  I'm not sure how to get the ivy stuff setup to have .war dependencies though.
