Guys, this is impressive piece of heavy committing!
I tested the build on my MacBook. I love how the checkout is small and how =
it downloads everything on demand!

First time I ran {{ant example}} the build failed with

However, re-running the same command then got further. But then it froze du=
ring jetty-javadoc download and I had to kill and restart. Don't know what =
happened, have not tried to reproduce. On third attempt all dependencies we=
re fetched and the build succeeded.

Questions:
* For solr/contrib/extraction, could not {{tika-parsers}} use transitive=3D=
"true" to avoid specifying versions for all parsers?
* Why do we let ivy download sources and javadoc jars? They can be excluded=
 in ivy.xml
