The attached patch disables fetching of source jars and javadoc jars by def=
ault, to optimize for speed and bandwidth. Without it, the build takes much=
 longer time.

But it is nice to have the ability to get them automatically. So the exclud=
e is parameterized :) You can enable fetching by specifying a Java option (=
only needed once)
