As per request from Hoss in SOLR-2368, this issue will add configuration pa=
rameters to eDisMax to give user control over what query syntax will be all=
owed and disallowed. This will allow us to effectively lobotomize eDisMax t=
o behave the same way as the old DisMax and accept all kinds of weird input=
 and correctly escape it to match literally, even if it's valid syntax for =
a query feature.
