I meant this: http://wiki.apache.org/solr/UpdateXmlMessages#A.22rollback.22  I also thought
things might start to get hairy if rollbacks are to be supported when multiple nodes are involved.
Now it looks like realtime get returns docs even if they are not going to end up being indexed
(rolled back) until next commit is issued.
