Really from DirectSpellChecker's point of view this is easy (it knows nothing about field
and takes Term in its suggest() method).

So I think this would be a good change: you specify the field instead at query-time and perhaps
the solrconfig configuration has
a 'defaultField' thats only used as a fallback if its unspecified.

There is already support for a 'custom params' in the SpellingOption, maybe it can be used
for this?
