That's why I mentioned I would like this to become _generally_ useful, not only restricted
to Lucene/Solr :) If we make it work for two projects (Carrot2 and Lucene) chances are the
outcome will be flexible enough to use elsewhere. 

I'm not saying you must fix the seeds using annotations -- it's an option.
