Excuse my english David what i wanted to mean is that i didnt find the way to put all into
q= without using fq.

Because i was reading about possibilities to write it using nested queries : http://www.lucidimagination.com/blog/2009/03/31/nested-queries-in-solr/

But all what i tried was without success.

And if is possible to use nested queries, in this case ... is better than my option using
fq?

In solr im a newbie.
