Hi,
I suggest to use ANT Contrib for compiling the C Parts. That includes fine in our build infrastructure and supplies ANT tasks for compiling and linking: [http://ant-contrib.sourceforge.net/cpptasks/index.html]

I think your example pastebin is using this. We only need to add the JAR in the lib folder of Lucene, so ANT can load the plugin.
