Do you think it is worthwhile to explore reusing the ValueSourceRangeFilter here and just
do range queries then?  Or should I pursue keeping my own buckets and just going through the
doc set once?  Or, I suppose, we could plan for a facet.range.method that allowed you to use
different approaches.
