Here the patch for build.xml that uses Jasper to compile the JSPs. I added this to the war
task and also to the main test task as last step.

So WAR file build and ant test now fail when any JSP is broken.

The following JSPs are broken:
- ping.jsp
- get_file.jsp
- raw_schema.jsp

They are no longer needed, so I will remove them when I commit this!
