Yes, ideally with the actual df in there. This would save the third seek in the bulkpostings
branch.

But at the same time, i'm worried/don't want this issue to evolve into TermState (LUCENE-2694).
I wasn't thinking 
that this was any kind of end-solution but just an approach we could take that would work
against 3.1
