I too find this test hard to reproduce.

But, I think if we look at hudson logs it is all caused by SolrInfoMBeanTest.

The problem is that now this test only loads up src/java things, so the concern would be that
its a real static or similar problem.

I wish we could come up with a better way than SolrInfoMBeanTest to find problems since it
makes debugging *very difficult*
