no doubt! :) But if you do not want your terms to be lowercased but you do not care if "The"
is at has an uppercase "T" you want this behaviour. Yet, either way we go we need the version
somehow to preserve bw. compat. 

We should rather think about breaking bw. compat for this particular language (deseret) but
we have no idea what happens with unicode in the future. Its tough.
