I would like to check it in and the first reply on legal mentioned
that it would be ok but I wanna have some more guys confirming it
before we check it in. I just uploaded a new patch that disables
everything when jar can not be downloaded. Before we are not
absolutely sure about the legal terms we should not commit the jar
especially with having 2.9 half way out the door.
