Because FastVectorHighlighter's strength is the performance when processing large docs, this
patch includes:
* set max.field.length Integer.MAX_VALUE in the alg file
* introduces a new property "highlighter.maxDocCharsToAnalyze" and set it Integer.MAX_VALUE
in the alg file
