For something like CachingTokenFilter to work, the implementation of all other TokenFilters.reset()
is still what we want - "get rid of your state because we are starting over".  So it's really
only the caching-type filters that have a semantic clash... (i.e. does reset() mean replay
what I've seen before, or does reset mean start over with new input) and perhaps we can start
off by saying "don't use these in conjunction with reusable token streams".
