Added Scorer.score(Collector, int, int) and deprecated the other one, with an impl:
{code}
return score(collector, int, docID());
{code}

I also added the assert to IndexSearcher.doSearch.

Do you think we should add 'assert firstDocID >= 0' to the new score(Collector, int, int) implementations? It seems redundant to me ...
