I think that the bug is not related to payload and to the fact that terms at located at the
same position. 
It seems to occur only for the first term of the document, if its positionIncrement is equal
to 0. In this case, the position of the first term will be wrong: -1 if there is no payload,
and 2147483647 if there is a payload.
