google finds no record of any posting to infrastructure-issues with
mention of wikipedia.  you may be thinking of the thread you had on
legal-discuss...

...but there was a followup comment suggesting...

...i'm notsure what that means, but the person making that suggestion
didn't seem to understand that using the corpus would be "above and
beyond" the normal build process.
