    Resolution: Invalid

The java-user e-mail list is the appropriate forum to ask questions.  The issue tracker is
used for tracking bugs and feature enhancements.

If you did not tokenize the title, you could use a prefix query (title*) with QueryParser
(though you will likely want to lowercase, and index a tokenized title into another field
for full-text search capability).  

QueryParser does not currently support the SpanQuery's, but with a SpanQuery you could find
terms at the beginning of a field.
