I believe they have allways been based on the trunk, people looking for
the 2.0 javadocs can find them in the 2.0 release.

When you say you updated them does that mean you built them manually? ...
i thought there was a cron that took care of doing that on a regular
basis?

...perhaps the same cron that does/did the nightly builds? ... which seems
to have stoped working in august, but the javadocs are newer because you
manually regenerated them when working on the Scoring docs?
