I can't see the workflow when I'm not logged in.  I think you might have 
to be a Jira administrator to view workflows.  Some information about 
them is up at:

That page shows the default workflow.  Jira permits you to add new 
states and transitions.  The Hadoop workflow is like the default, except 
the outgoing link from "Closed" has been removed, and a new state named 
"Patch Available" is added, with links to it from "Open" and "In 
Progress" and links from it to "Resolved" and "Open".

Note that changing the workflow is a heavyweight operation in Jira. 
Each issue in the project must be modified to change its workflow.  A 
workflow that's in use cannot be changed.  Instead, one must create a 
new workflow, copying an existing workflow, make changes to it, then 
switch a project to use it.
