certianly .. but it's not just TermQueries right ... PhraseQueries,
SpanQueries .. lots of things use tf -- and even things like WildCardQuery
would need to be subclasses, so when they rewrite to a collection of
TermQueries, they propogate the information about what Similarity to use.
