I think conforming to the new Weight protocol, i.e. eliminating the searcher field from BooleanWeight, BooleanWeight2, and MultiPhraseWeight, is quite important. This is because the Weight is now sent to RemoteSearchables instead of the Query. If Weights have a searcher field, then this could be quite expensive.
