           Summary: Object reference error
           Product: Lucene
           Version: CVS Nightly - Specify date in submission
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: Index
        AssignedTo: lucene-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: asel@datafull.com

ej: search for:
* PhrasePrefixQuery
  * .SetSlop(10)
  * .Add() with: IndexReader.Terms( new Term(field, word1+"*") )
  * .Add() with: IndexReader.Terms( new Term(field, word2+"*") )

in MultipleTermPositions.java - "public bool SkipTo(int target)"
it is posible that "_termPositionsQueue.Peek()" returns null
I changed the source from:

		public bool SkipTo(int target)
		{
			while ( target > _termPositionsQueue.Peek().Doc())
			{

to

		public bool SkipTo(int target)
		{
			TermPositions tpT = null ;
			while ( (tpT = _termPositionsQueue.Peek()) !=null &&
target > tpT.Doc())
			{

is that ok?
TIA
