What happens when a document referenced in a Hits has been deleted?  Also, index
merging will automatically renumber documents falling after deleted documents,
so references to all of these documents would be invalid.  Thus, if you're doing
deletions, you cannot update a Searcher in a single step.  You must keep the
previous version of the Searcher around while references remain in Hits.

So I think it is a bad idea to be able to update a Hit's searcher, and similarly
a RemoteSearchable's searcher.
