Endless loop since lucene 1.4RC1

           Summary: Endless loop since lucene 1.4RC1
           Product: Lucene
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Critical
          Priority: Other
         Component: Search
        AssignedTo: lucene-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: julien.nioche@lingway.com

If I build a BooleanQuery containing two subqueries like :

	BooleanQuery bq= new BooleanQuery();
	bq.add(new TermQuery(new Term("TEXT","system")),false,false);
	bq.add(new TermQuery(new Term("TEXT","systems")),false,false);

	PhraseQuery pq = new PhraseQuery();
	pq.add(new Term("TEXT","information"));
	pq.add(new Term("TEXT","retrieval"));

	BooleanQuery bigger = new BooleanQuery();
	bigger.add(requete1,true,false);
	bigger.add(pq,true,false);

and send it to the seacher the program seems to be in an endless loop. No crash
- no exception but no results neither.

Replacing the 2 last lines by
	bigger.add(requete1,false,false);
	bigger.add(pq,false,false);
is working perfectly
