I started an account in Bugzilla and I do not see any way of attaching files
to a bug report. I created a taglib subfolder in the jakarta-lucene-sandbox
directory on my own hard drive but I do not have write permissions to write
to the sandbox project. Attached is the overview of the tag that I want to
submit. Please give me some direction as to what I can do next.
