Thanks for the heads up, the bug report got submitted at:
http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=19834

I was trying to create a war file for the example webapp but for some reason
my war would not deploy so before I add that to the files I just zipped them
up and attached lucene-taglib.zip to the bug report.
