Doesn't this look wrong to you?

      while (te.next()) {
        tp.seek(te.term());
        while (tp.next()) {
        }
      }

What is the above code trying to do?
Wouldn't that be equivalent to:

      if (te.next()) {
        tp.seek(te.term());
      }

If yes, does that still give you an exception?
This doesn't look like a bug to me...
Please re-open it if the above if block still fails for you.
