QueryParser can not parse RangeQuery.toString() output

Summary: QueryParser can not parse RangeQuery.toString() output
           Product: Lucene
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: QueryParser
        AssignedTo: lucene-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: amordo@infosciences.com

When the RangeQuery.toString() outputs. The result is something like this
PostDate:[0ddiz2jml-null]
But the QueryParser does not handles the (-) sign, it expects the TO keyword.
So in order for it to parse the string. The String has to be PostDate:
[0ddiz2jml TO null]
