I just run test-unit target and got a bunch of warnings about assert being a keyword because I'm using Sun's JDK1.4. While the new JDK is still in beta its release is imminent, so we may as well prepare for it. I made all the changes to my tests locally, so if you agree with this I can replace junit35.jar with junit37.jar in lib/ directory and commit the test modifications.
