I thought "Getting log4php" with Download/Install/Upgrade for the
and leaving "User Documentation" more as "How to use it". 
Also I learned never to create a topic with just one point :-)

Sorry, I forgot to rename "General Info" to "Development" as proposed
in the original mail. It was supposed to contain everything that is
more of interest for those who want to contribute and develop i.e. are
beyond the pure users.
