    Removed the event properties information from LoggingEvent

    
    ### Aim
    In order to increase the speed up operations in almost x10 times of using properties in
the output when UserName and Identity information are not needed.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/kolbasik/log4net hotfix/log-event-issue

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/log4net/pull/28.patch
