I wrote my own implementation but I need to know if there is a way to take
the
parameter value from a config file like adapters parameters.

I am afraid you have to write your own implementation of the
org.apache.log4j.spi.TriggeringEventEvaluator interface. This is something
I intend to implement in future versions of log4j.
