Had you previously downloaded Chainsaw via CVS and haven't used it in a while?

We changed the units used in the throttling mechanism, and if you haven't used
it since we changed (a couple of months ago, and prior to web start version),
that would cause this problem.

Try deleting all files in the .chainsaw directory (in your userprofile directory
or home dir), and let us know if that fixes it.  We save panel and app-wide
preferences in there.  If you don't want to lose your log panel settings, just
delete the chainsaw.settings.properties file.  (on my box it's
C:\WINDOWS\Profiles\scott\.chainsaw)
