Hello.

I succeeded in copying log4cxx packages under 
/www/www.apache.org/dist/logging/log4cxx.

Now, I've got another problem : I could not commit the file binindex.xml 
in the logging-site CVS repository.
I got the following message :

cvs -f commit -m 'added log4cxx packages' 'docs/site/binindex.html' 
'src/xdocs/site/binindex.xml' 2>&1
**** Access denied: Insufficient Karma (mcatan|logging-site/docs/site)
cvs server: Pre-commit check failed
